It doesn't look that great.The background is very....messy.
The rose is okay, the eyes are okay, but the mouth is weird. And if you look at the left ear, there is a line. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be on there, but it just doesn't look right.
Next time, draw a full body and a better background. Also, add a reference.
