I only have two big criticisms on this one. Her right arm (the one going over the pillow) seems like it's still lying flat. Messing with a little of the pillow overlapping her arm or perspective could make it feel like it's sort of rising and falling. The second is that the the end of the blanket to her right should be pulled rather than folded, as it's all bunched up to her left.
