I don't care if you're nine. This... doesn't belong in arenas? o.O
It's alright but none of it is proportionate, the eyes are too big for the face, he has no chin so unless he's an extremely obese ninja I'd add some more SHAPE to the face... And I'm sure it's impossible to have a nose that small and that high up on the face.
