The eyes and eyebrows are very nice, but I think you can work more on the fan....the side of the fan is smaller on the left than the part closer to the right of the drawing, and the flowers could be more neatly and exquisitely done
I don't know too much about hatching, so I suppose your drawing was meant to have those horizontal lines, but I think you can make them a bit less obvious and make the shading smoother?
