I agree with Zee, the wings are textured too much like the hair, and while the pose does appear correct, the hands are just too.. I dunno, Thin?
But other than these small things, and the fact that her ribbon is blowing when there appears to be no wind, the image is fine. but do look at some references of a bird's wings' bone and feather structure - Report As Spam

- The pose looks fine, actually. What bugs me is that the hands are a bit small and shapeless, and her eyes look rectangular. The wings need some work as well. While avian wings on a humanoid will of course never look entirely realistic, try looking up some images of real bird wings, and copying what you see. Right now her wings and her hair appear to have the same texture.
