Wow, this is great! And not only because I'm an Itachi fan, but even though it took you a while, it's wonderful. You must've had very good patience. Very nice detail it looks almost exact. The shading is the most astounding part though. =D This deserves to be in the top (if it already isn't)

- HOLY CRAP! I really wish that I could draw like that...maybe then I would stand a chance in something like this. It is Amazing! Capital A! I love it! Great job with the shading! It looks so real! I can't get over it...okay. I'm going to go now before i write a paragraph. I'd give you 10/5 but its only out of 5. 5/5
