- I'm not going to say what's already been said, but obviously, you know what you're doing. But it seems to me as if you focused too much on the arms, thus resulting in an incorrectly proportioned head. I think you have the style down, but you just need to work on the anatomy. Just ignore the comments that imply that it is, in fact, a bad drawing. No, it's not. It just needs work.

- well, aside from the head being small and the shading, its a real good start! i like it, my art teacher does not even allow anime because 'its too easy' ugh, like having a cheerleader as a teacher.

its pretty good buuuuut ( here it comes D; )
1.head way to small
2.Needs shading
3. You need better color media
4.shoulder is a bit messed up
5.it's really random 0-0, make her a card dealer or something like that if she is going to have a card. I suggest a theme of some kind ^-^

- i dont think that you got a 40 because its anime. i think you got a low grade because the work is low grade to put it bluntly. you didnt look to see how a real person would look in the body position you chose and you left out important body parts (like a neck). im not saying that its crap, but you need to draw from sight next time ok? keep practicing! ;D
