Okay...the actual drawing of the characters needs a teensy bit of work, but I do not see how the colouring isn't consistent. She coloured it with pencil crayons. That's what happens when you scan something that was coloured with pencil crayons.
The border is really cool though, I never would have thought to do something like that.
